Frink Foundation

Better Hearing Through Audiology Partnerships

The Norm and JoAnn Frink Hearing Foundation believes good hearing health is essential for good physical, mental, and social health. To that end, we provide donated hearing aids to our audiologist partners for fitting their uninsured and underinsured patients.

Hearing health for everyone.

Approximately 15% of people over the age of 18 report some degree of hearing difficulty, but only around a quarter of people with significant hearing losses currently use hearing aids. We’re here to help ensure no one falls through the cracks when it comes to accessing high-quality hearing health care.

Who we help.

Our focus is on getting hearing aids to patients who are not supported by the current healthcare system because of income, insurance status, and other barriers.

We work with our audiologist partners across the United States to help patients who fall below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guideline and who do not qualify for hearing aids through other avenues such as vocational rehabilitation, the VA, and private or state insurance.

Audiologists make it possible.

Audiologists are at the core of our operation by identifying patients who need our help, getting them signed up, and doing the fitting and follow-up to ensure they are successful.

Our audiologist partners are leaders in the communities who are dedicated to our mission of helping everyone in the U.S. hear, regardless of their income or insurance status.

We are always looking for new audiologists to partner with. If you are a provider looking for a better way to serve your underserved patients, please consider becoming a Foundation Partner.
