Hailing from Richmond, Virginia, Dr. Tobias Keene brings a bit of unabashed Southern hospitality to all his patients. He moved to Washington, D.C. over thirty years ago as a freshman at Ivy College. Right after graduation, he attended World University’s School of Dentistry. Before opening Keene Dental in 1994, he worked for free clinics and some of the finest practices in the District. He is part of the 123 Dental Association and stays up-to-date on the latest dental discoveries. He has presented numerous seminars in technology and practice development for both national and state associations, as well as serving on the Oregon State Hearing Aid Licensing Board from 2002 to 2012. She graduated from Western Oregon University in 1990 with a teaching degree, but at the request of her parents, Norm and JoAnn Frink, became assistant manager for the practice in 1994. She eventually took over as business manager in 2002, allowing her mother to retire.
